The Reclaim™ · Offering Overview · Founding Cohort 2026
You didn't lose yourself all at once.
You traded yourself in slowly — for results, for reliability, for the version of you that kept everything running. This is the full picture of how you come back.
The Program
A 6-week small group program for high-performing women who have achieved the career, held the life together, and somewhere along the way stopped being able to feel any of it.
This is not another system. It is not self-care. It is not coaching. It is the work of coming back to yourself — in your body, in your decisions, in your life — and building the infrastructure to stay there.
Who This Is For
You are successful by every external measure.
Senior title. Respected. Capable. The woman people come to when things need to get done. And you are depleted to the bone.
Not burned out in the way you let yourself admit — not yet ready to walk away. But running on something that stopped being sustainable a long time ago. You power through. You deliver. You make the impossible happen. And then you go home empty.
You don't know what you feel anymore. When someone asks how you are, you say fine and keep moving. You used to cry. You used to feel joy. Now you mostly just keep going.
You've tried the planners. The systems. The weekend retreats. They help for a bit. They don't hold. Because none of them addressed what was actually happening: you have been making every decision, leading every team, carrying every responsibility from a place in your body that has been in overdrive so long, it no longer knows how to stop.
You know something has to change. You don't yet believe it can.
This program is for you if:
You are a high-achieving woman in corporate, business, or entrepreneurship
You have the title, the track record, the life you worked for — and you've lost yourself inside it
Over-functioning has become your operating mode — everything defaults to you
You are mentally, emotionally, and physically depleted — and you haven't stopped
You've tried the external solutions — new systems, new roles, new plans — and none of them held
You are lonely in a way you don't quite have language for yet
You suspect the next job will feel exactly like this one if you don't change something fundamental
The Core Problem
You have been operating from 20% of your available data.
Your brain receives 80% of available information from your body — not the reverse. Your instinct, your intuition, your early-warning system, your capacity to feel: all of it travels through the body first. You have been leading, deciding, and living from the remaining 20%.
Running on strategy and output while the rest — sensation, signal, emotion, knowing — goes unread. This is why the new planner doesn't hold. Why the boundary you set doesn't stick. Why you keep ending up in the same patterns in every role, every organization, every version of the life you are trying to build. The operating system hasn't changed. Only the surroundings have.
The solution is not another strategy. It is reconnection — to your body, to its signals, to the woman who has been carrying everything while waiting to find a way to put some of it down.
Over-functioning is not high performance. It is high performance's most convincing impersonator. And it blocks the real thing.
The Methodology
Two Layers. One Experience.
Every session of The Reclaim runs on two layers simultaneously.
The vagus nerve carries roughly 80% of its signals upward — from the body to the brain, not the reverse. When you are disconnected from your body, you are missing the data stream that runs your life.
There is a difference between body and embodiment. Body is the physical organism — the heart, the breath, the muscles, the gut. It is what you have. Embodiment is the practice of inhabiting it consciously — being in conversation with the body rather than overriding it. It is how you live in it.
This program does not just teach about the body. It teaches embodiment — the practice of returning home. You cannot change what you cannot feel. Strategies and systems collapse when the nervous system that runs them is dysregulated. Every operating change in this program depends on the body work that precedes it.
The body leads. The structural change holds because the internal system has been reclaimed first.
THE SOMATIC LAYER
Regulation, presence, feeling. This is what makes the change embodied. You learn to locate yourself in three distinct nervous system states, recognize what each one feels like from the inside, and regulate in real time. You learn to feel again — and to make decisions from a grounded place instead of a reactive one.
THE OPERATING LAYER
Mapping, deciding, eliminating, rebuilding. This is what makes the change durable. You identify what you are carrying, decide what stops, build your Sovereignty Filter, and rebuild the operating infrastructure of your life. The structural work holds because the body work came first.
One without the other is incomplete. Together, they change both what you carry and how you carry it. That is The Reclaim.
The Six-Week Arc
Six sessions. One threshold.
The six sessions are not independent — each one builds on what came before. You enter in Week 1 and cross a threshold in Week 6.
Week 1 — See
"What is your body actually carrying?"
Somatic Layer
Your first introduction to body awareness. A gentle guided practice in session. Your body comes online — without pressure, without performance. Your first felt experience of your body as a source of information, not just a vehicle for output.
Operating Layer
A structured mapping exercise — where your time and energy are actually going versus where you think they are going. Most women are surprised by what they find. This map anchors the entire arc.
Week 2 — Feel
"What is my body telling me?"
Somatic Layer
You learn to locate yourself in three distinct states — ventral (safety, connection), sympathetic (activation, fight/flight), dorsal (shutdown, collapse) — and recognize what each one feels like from the inside. One regulation practice for each state, yours to use immediately and keep.
Operating Layer
The reframe that changes everything: what you have been reading as urgency is often a state. The state can be shifted. The decision can wait.
Week 3 — Locate
"Where did I go?"
Somatic Layer
Extended somatic opening — longer and deeper than previous weeks. Your body now has enough awareness to feel without being overwhelmed.
Operating Layer
You map the distance between who you were and who you became in service of this life. A timeline exercise. A cost inventory — what has this cost you that you have not let yourself name. What has been unnamed gets named. The goodbye has begun.
Week 4 — Release
"What am I ready to put down?"
Somatic Layer
A somatic release practice — breath, movement, sound. Your body does what your mind alone cannot.
Operating Layer
The Sovereignty Filter introduced and applied in real time. Three questions: Does this require me specifically? Is this mine to carry, or have I absorbed it? Am I moving from alignment, or from fear and obligation? You apply it to three things you are currently carrying — out loud, in the group, before the session ends.
Week 5 — Rebuild
"Who am I becoming?"
Somatic Layer
Embodiment of your new operating standard. Voice work — your body learns the new shape before your priority list does.
Operating Layer
Your five-component personal operating infrastructure built in session: decision filter, boundaries, daily regulation practices, energy rhythm, support structure. Your old narrative examined. Your new narrative written in present tense and spoken aloud.
Week 6 — Reclaim
"Who are you, now?"
Somatic Layer
Extended embodiment opening — meeting the woman who is no longer carrying everything. Felt in the body, not described in the mind. This is the threshold session. It takes the time it takes.
Operating Layer
Final integration. Your complete personal protocol assembled. You name aloud what you are leaving behind and who you are stepping into — witnessed by the group, without commentary, only presence.
You enter in Week 1. You cross a threshold in Week 6.
What You Walk Away With
The transformation is not a mindset shift.
It is not a list of insights. It is a new way of being in your body and operating in your life — built by you, in session, over six weeks. Here is what that looks like concretely.
Your completed Reclaim Journal
Every map, decision, and piece of infrastructure you build across all six sessions lives here. You fill it in real time, while the work is alive in your body. Not notes to review later. A working document that becomes your personal operating record.
Guided daily audio recordings in April's voice
One per week, five to ten minutes. A body awareness practice you return to between sessions to keep the somatic work alive. These are yours to keep and continue long after the program ends.
Three state-specific regulation practices
One for activation, one for shutdown, one for connection. Audio and written versions. You leave Week 2 knowing exactly which practice to reach for depending on your state — and why.
The Sovereignty Filter
Three questions that change how you make decisions. Applied in real time to things you are actually carrying before Week 4 ends. Not a framework to consider later. A tool you have already used.
Your five-component Operating Infrastructure
Decision filter, boundaries, daily regulation practices, energy rhythm, support structure. Built by you in Week 5, in session. Documented and yours. The structure that keeps the somatic work from dissolving back into old patterns.
Your new narrative
Written in present tense, spoken aloud, witnessed by the group. Not an affirmation. A statement of who you are becoming, grounded in six weeks of actual work.
Your complete personal protocol
Everything integrated. Every tool, practice, filter, and boundary documented in one place. This is what you carry forward. Built by you, for your life, over six weeks.
Nothing is homework to consider later. Everything is built in session, while the work is alive in your body.
The Container
This is not a course. It is a held space.
Every cohort opens with a Group Covenant — spoken aloud, not signed and forgotten. Each woman commits to holding space without fixing, speaking honestly when it's uncomfortable, honoring full confidentiality, and bringing her whole self — including the parts she usually keeps hidden. What is brought into the room stays in the room. This is not a policy. It is a commitment each woman makes out loud to the women beside her.
The witness partner: each woman is paired for the full six weeks. Not a coaching relationship. Not an accountability check-in. A witness — someone who sees what is happening without interpreting it, fixing it, or moving past it.
Small group by design: up to 10 women. Large enough for the field of the group to matter. Small enough that no one disappears. You will be seen here in a way that does not happen in larger containers.
The Reclaim is designed with awareness that body-based and emotional work can surface deeply held material. If something comes up that needs more individual support than the group container can hold, we address it with care — not by pushing through, and not by shutting it down. You do not have to choose between this program and doing deeper work.
The container is as important as the curriculum.
Why The Reclaim Is Different
Most programs for high-performing women offer one of two things.
Operational coaching that rebuilds the same exhausted system with better language. Or wellness offerings that soothe without changing anything structural. The Reclaim sits at the intersection of both — and goes further than either. The somatic foundation is what makes the operating change stick. The operating architecture is what makes the body work livable after the program ends. You need both. That's what makes the change last.
From body awareness to full embodiment
— you begin by learning to notice. You finish by learning to read what you notice accurately — to know whether you are regulated or not, and to make decisions only from the place that feels like steady, grounded knowing. The place where your body and your instincts are finally speaking the same language.
Built by someone who has sat where you are sitting
— not as an observer, but as the person everyone in the room was counting on. For 25 years.
Body-science informed, emotionally safe, and operationally rigorous
— these are not in tension. They work together. That's the point.
Small group held by a Covenant
— not a community, not a mastermind. A witnessed journey with up to 10 women who have made a spoken commitment to each other.
Ends with a complete personal protocol you built
— not a certificate, not a borrowed framework. Yours. Built in session, over six weeks, from your real life.
Six weeks. Clear arc. Clear threshold.
Designed to change you — not manage you.
You have been running this life for a long time. You are not broken. You are not weak. You are a woman who has been giving everything — and performing at an extraordinary level despite what it has cost you. This is what it looks like to come back to yourself.
A Note from April

April Sherman
I spent 25 years inside some of the most demanding corporate environments there are — most recently leading global teams at IBM. I was good at it. Exceptionally good at it. And I was missing my life.
Not because I didn't care about it. Because I didn't know how to stop. The urgency felt real. The responsibility felt real. The belief that everything depended on me felt like fact, not pattern. Even when my body was telling me otherwise — in the most unignorable ways possible — I kept going. Because keeping going was the only operating mode I knew.
It took a long time to understand what that was costing me. And longer still to build a different way.
What came after wasn't a pivot — it was a decade of building. Training in advanced energy medicine and somatic healing. Healing retreats. Deep study of the body, the nervous system, and what it actually takes to change how you operate from the inside out. Two cancer diagnoses that forced me to learn what it actually means to stop. Caregiving that taught me what it actually costs to give everything and save nothing for yourself. More program drafts than I can count. The Reclaim is what survived all of that — the parts that actually worked, in my body and in my life.
I know what it costs to be you. I know what it feels like to go home empty after giving everything to a room full of people who needed you. I know the particular loneliness of being the most capable woman in every room and having no one who sees what it's taking.
There is another way. And you don't have to find it alone.
Investment
$2,500
Founding cohort rate. Price increases to $3,500 after this cohort closes.
Many participants in corporate or entrepreneurial roles fund this through leadership development or L&D budgets. This is not a wellness expense. It is an operating upgrade.
- You've been performing at a high level for years — and you know the way you've been doing it isn't sustainable
- You've lost access to what you feel — and you miss it
- Everything defaults to you, and you're not sure how to change that without losing ground
- You want change that holds — not a conversation about it
- You're ready to stop carrying what was never yours
- You want gradual, comfortable change without disruption
- You're not open to the possibility that over-functioning and high performance are not the same thing
- You want a space to process indefinitely without committing to decisions
- You're not willing to let go of what you've been holding — even when it is costing you
Enrollment is open. Founding cohort rate closes when the cohort fills.
