You've tried the planners. The systems. The weekend retreats. They help for a bit. They don't hold — because none of them addressed what was actually happening: you have been making every decision, leading every team, carrying every responsibility from a place in your body that has been in overdrive so long, it no longer knows how to stop.

Why nothing has held
The brain receives 80% of its available information from the body — not the reverse. Your instinct, your intuition, your early-warning system, your capacity to feel: all of it travels through the body first.
You have been leading, deciding, and living from the remaining 20%.
This is why the new planner doesn't hold. Why the boundary you set doesn't stick. Why you keep ending up in the same patterns in every role, every organization, every version of the life you are trying to build. The operating system hasn't changed. Only the surroundings have.

Two layers. One experience.
Every session of The Reclaim runs on two layers simultaneously.
THE SOMATIC LAYER
The body work — regulation, presence, feeling. This is what makes the change embodied: you don't just understand the shift, you know it in your body and act from it. You learn to feel again. To recognize what your body is telling you. To make decisions from a grounded place instead of a reactive one.
THE OPERATING LAYER
The structural work — mapping, deciding, eliminating, rebuilding. This is what makes the change durable. You identify what you are carrying, decide what stops, build your Sovereignty Filter, and rebuild the operating infrastructure of your life: your decision filter, your boundaries, your energy rhythm, your support structure.
One without the other is incomplete. Together, they change both what you carry and how you carry it. That is The Reclaim.
What The Reclaim is — and what it is not
NOT self-care.
The wellness industry has long sold personal solutions to structural problems. The Reclaim does not help you tolerate an unsustainable life. It changes what you carry.
NOT coaching.
Most coaching works from the mind downward — goals, plans, accountability. The Reclaim works from the body upward. The signals, the patterns, and the infrastructure that makes change actually hold — built from within, not applied from above.
NOT therapy.
We do not process past trauma in group. If deeper material surfaces, we hold it with care and support you in finding the right resource.
NOT a passive experience.
You will not leave with insights to consider later. You will leave with decisions made, structures built, and a protocol that is yours.
This IS a structured arc.
Six weeks with a clear beginning, progression, and threshold. Not ongoing. Not open-ended.
This IS body-first.
We begin with what you're feeling, because you cannot change what you cannot feel. Every structural shift downstream depends on this.
This IS operationally rigorous.
You walk away with a real decision framework, real boundaries, and a personal operating system you built yourself.
This IS held by the group.

The six-week arc
Week 1 — See
"What is your body actually carrying?"
Map where your time and energy are actually going. Your body comes online for the first time — gently, without pressure.
Week 2 — Feel
"What is my body telling me?"
Learn to locate yourself in three distinct states. One regulation practice for each. You begin to see how your state has been driving your decisions.
Week 3 — Locate
"Where did I go?"
Map the distance between who you were and who you became in service of this life. Name what it has cost you.
Week 4 — Release
"What am I ready to put down?"
A somatic release practice. The Sovereignty Filter introduced and applied in real time to three things you are currently carrying — out loud, before the session ends.
Week 5 — Rebuild
"Who am I becoming?"
Your personal operating infrastructure built: decision filter, boundaries, daily regulation practices, energy rhythm, support structure. Your new narrative written and spoken aloud.
Week 6 — Reclaim
"Who are you, now?"
The threshold session. You name what you are leaving behind and who you are stepping into — witnessed by the group. Your complete personal protocol assembled.
You enter in Week 1. You cross a threshold in Week 6.
What you take with you
The transformation is not a mindset shift. It is not a list of insights. It is a new way of being in your body and operating in your life — built by you, in session, over six weeks.
Your completed Reclaim Journal — your maps, decisions, and operating infrastructure, built in real time across all six sessions
Guided daily audio recordings in April's voice — one per week, a body awareness practice you continue long after the program ends
Three state-specific regulation practices — one for activation, one for shutdown, one for connection
The Sovereignty Filter — your personal decision-making framework, applied to your real life before the session ends
Your five-component Operating Infrastructure — decision filter, boundaries, daily regulation practices, energy rhythm, support structure
Your new narrative — written in present tense, spoken aloud, witnessed
Your complete personal protocol — everything integrated, documented, and yours
Nothing is homework to consider later. Everything is built in session, while the work is alive in your body.
Program details
6 weekly live sessions, with an extended closing session in Week 6
Small group: up to 10 women
A witness partner for the full six weeks
Between-session practice: daily body awareness + state-specific regulation + one application task — never more than 15 minutes total
Every cohort opens with a Group Covenant — spoken aloud, not signed and forgotten.
Each woman commits to holding space without fixing, speaking honestly when it's uncomfortable, honoring full confidentiality, and bringing her whole self.
